Our Local Fitness Challenges feature a diverse range of exercises tailored to suit all fitness levels. Depending on the gym or studio hosting, you can expect activities such as high-energy boxing, functional fitness, CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, strength training, cardio circuits, and more. Each session is designed to keep you motivated, improve your fitness, and help you achieve your health goals.

Do I need any prior experience to join your classes?

No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all ages, skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Our partner instructors will provide guidance to help you progress at your own pace.

What should I wear to my first class?

For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you're joining a martial arts or boxing class, these will be fitness focused and protective gear will be provided for your safety.

We believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, which is why we partner with amazing fitness facilities to offer these challenges for free as a way to give back to the communities that support our partners. We also have sponsors which can help offset our costs. Our mission is to inspire healthier lives and help you prioritize your well-being.

Plus, our partner gyms and studios host these challenges to showcase their facilities and build lasting relationships with participants. We all hope that you will love the Local Fitness Challenge so much that you decide to make fitness an ongoing part of your life after the challenge has ended. But there is absolutely no commitment or pressure.

How can I tell if there's a Local Fitness Challenge available in my local area?

Simply enter your name, email, mobile number, and your postcode/zipcode, and we’ll send you any active challenges nearby.

If you don’t see one yet, don’t worry—complete the form anyway, express your interest, invite your friends, and as soon as we have 25 people of more on a waiting list in your area, we’ll work with a partner to bring a challenge to your community!

We are currently partnering with lots of great gyms and studios across the UK and USA, and will be expanding into more markets soon.

How long is the challenge and do I have to attend every single workout?

The challenges typically run for between 14 - 45 days, depending on the partner gym or studio.

No, you don’t need to attend every workout. During your registration meeting, you’ll commit to either 3 or 4 free workouts per week based on your schedule and personal goals. This challenge is free because we’re dedicated to supporting our local community and helping people prioritize their health.Our trainers have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals, but we need you to meet us halfway by committing to your own success.

We ask you to pinky-promise (to yourself and us) to commit to the following for the challenge duration:

  • Attend your agreed number of sessions each week.

  • Show up ready to give it your best effort.

To ensure fairness to everyone, there’s a small fee for any session you miss that you’ve committed to attend. This is because we’ve secured your spot, which means a paying member couldn’t use that space, and it could have been given to someone else eager to join.

We’re here to guide and support you every step of the way—you just need to take the leap!

Our challenges are designed to fit even the busiest schedules, with sessions typically available in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Exact times may vary depending on the gym or studio hosting your Local Fitness Challenge. During your registration meeting, you’ll receive a full schedule so you can choose the times that work best for you. Flexibility is key—just pick the slots that fit your lifestyle and show up ready to crush your goals!
